NEELD: I do the news on the riotoulsy funny Breakfast With Burchfield Show, weekdays on 1590, WPSL WPSL: But wait, there's more. NEELD: Oh yes, I came to WPSL in November 1997 after a long stint at a radio station to the south. WPSL: How long have you been in radio? NEELD: To hear some tell it, TOO LONG! Would you believe since 1963 when I went to Cambridge School of Broadcasting in Baston, uh.. Boston, Massachusettes, then I went into the Army and served in Armed Forces Radio in Munich, Frankfurt and Bremerhaven Germany. WPSL: Then what? NEELD: I have worked at stations in Cumberland, Maryland, Tampa, Dayton Beach and Stuart before heading to West Palm Beach. WPSL: What is your philosophy on radio? NEELD: Newsmen should be heard, not seen. WPSL: What is the hardest part of your job? NEED: Getting up at 4:40am. WPSL: What is the easiest part of your job?
